Terms of Service

1. Services

We provide dedicated servers, virtual private servers, web hosting and backup services, delivered from data centers in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and, where you select it, the European Union.

Service specifications, prices and billing cycles are those displayed at the time of order.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate contact and billing information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Payments & renewals

Prices are in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) and exclude 16% sales tax unless stated otherwise. Services renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled from the client area before the renewal date.

Overdue invoices may lead to suspension; services unpaid for 14 days may be terminated and data deleted after notice.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the services for unlawful content or activity, spam, phishing, malware distribution, attacks on third parties, or any activity that violates Jordanian law.

We may suspend services immediately where continued operation poses a legal, security or network risk. Otherwise we notify you and allow reasonable time to remedy violations.

5. Managed services scope

For managed plans, our responsibility covers the operating system, monitoring, patching and backups as described on the service page. Application-level code and content remain your responsibility.

6. Liability

Services are provided as described in the Service Level Agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data where backups were not purchased or were disabled by you.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Jordanian courts.
