What may not be hosted or done on our network.

Prohibited content

Content that is illegal under Jordanian law, infringes intellectual property, exploits or endangers minors, promotes violence or terrorism, or constitutes fraud (phishing pages, fake shops, counterfeit goods) is prohibited on all services.

Prohibited activities

Sending unsolicited bulk mail (spam), operating botnets or malware infrastructure, port scanning or attacking third parties, cryptocurrency mining on shared resources, open proxies/relays that hide abusive traffic, and any attempt to breach the security of our systems or other customers.

Resource fairness

On shared platforms (web hosting), sustained abuse of CPU, memory or I/O that degrades other customers may be throttled. We contact you first whenever the impact allows it.

Enforcement

Violations lead to a warning with a deadline to remedy, suspension, or immediate termination for severe cases (illegal content, active attacks). We report content to authorities where the law requires it.

Reporting abuse

To report abuse originating from our network, contact our support with logs or URLs. Reports are reviewed within one business day.
