When you can get your money back, per service type.
Web hosting — 14-day guarantee
New web hosting orders carry a 14-day money-back guarantee. Cancel within 14 days of activation and the full amount is refunded, no questions asked. The guarantee applies once per customer.
VPS, VDS and backup — 7 days
New VPS, VDS and backup services can be refunded within 7 days of activation, provided the service has not violated the Acceptable Use Policy.
Dedicated servers — non-refundable
Dedicated servers are provisioned hardware reserved for you and are non-refundable once delivered, except when we fail to deliver the ordered specification and cannot correct it within 72 hours.
Not refundable in all cases
Renewal payments, setup fees, license fees, bandwidth upgrades, and services terminated for policy violations are not refundable. Sales tax already remitted is refunded only where the law provides for it.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Where that is impossible, the amount is added as account credit.
