1. Data we collect

Account data: name, company, email, phone and billing address — collected when you order.

Service data: server configurations, usage metrics and logs needed to operate and secure the services.

Site data: a language-preference cookie, and standard web server logs (IP address, user agent) kept for security.

2. How we use it

To provision and operate your services, process payments, provide support, send service notices, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

3. Where it is stored

Account and billing records are processed in our billing system hosted in Jordan. Your hosted content stays in the data center location you selected (Jordan, or EU for backup services).

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors required to deliver the service — payment providers for transactions, and infrastructure suppliers for hardware support — under contractual confidentiality, or where required by law.

5. Retention & your rights

Account records are kept as long as your account is active and as required by Jordanian tax law thereafter. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting support; we respond within 30 days.

6. Security

Access to customer data is restricted to authorized staff, protected by encryption in transit, and audited. Report security concerns to our support channels at any time.
