Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy
Last updated: August 2026
When and why we may ask you to verify your identity.
Why we verify
Identity verification protects our network and other customers from fraud, stolen payment methods and abuse. We request verification only when there is a concrete reason — we do not verify every order.
When verification is requested
Typical triggers include: a mismatch between payment details and account details, orders flagged by our fraud-screening systems, high-value orders such as dedicated servers, chargeback history, or a lawful request from authorities.
What we may ask for
A government-issued ID matching the account name, and — where payment risk is involved — confirmation of the payment method's ownership. Documents are reviewed by authorized staff only.
How documents are handled
Verification documents are stored encrypted, are never shared with third parties except when required by law, and are deleted once the verification purpose has been fulfilled and retention is no longer legally required.
If you decline
Verification is optional — but if a flagged order is not verified, we cancel it and refund any payment made. Existing services are not affected by declining verification for a new order.
