Where your data physically lives, for every service we offer.
Primary infrastructure — Jordan
Dedicated servers, VDS, VPS and web hosting run from data center capacity inside the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Your hosted content on these services does not leave the country.
Backup services — your choice
Backup storage is offered in two locations, selected at order time: Jordan (full local residency) or the European Union (geographic redundancy). We never move backup data between locations without your explicit request.
Billing and account records
Account and invoicing records are processed in our billing system. Support conversations are processed on our own self-hosted systems.
Government and legal requests
Data on Jordanian infrastructure is subject to Jordanian law. We disclose customer data only against valid legal process and — where the law allows — we notify the affected customer.
