How to cancel a service, and what happens to your data afterwards.
How to cancel
Cancellations are submitted from the client area on the service page. Two modes are available: immediate, or at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation requests by chat or email are not accepted — the client area confirms your identity and creates an auditable record.
Deadlines
To avoid renewal charges, submit end-of-period cancellation before the renewal invoice due date. Immediate cancellations do not create a refund for the unused remainder of a cycle unless the Refund Policy says otherwise.
Your data after cancellation
Service data is retained for 7 days after the end date, then permanently deleted. Download everything you need before the end date — after deletion, recovery is impossible.
Cancellation by us
We may cancel services that violate the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, following the notice procedure described there. For non-violation reasons we give at least 30 days' notice.
